The feet together drill allows you to effectively build muscle memory within your core stabilization muscles. What this means is that you become very stable and can maintain proper posture while rotating in the swing. Proper posture means your range of motion is natural and not manufactured and easily repeatable. More importantly, your ball striking, or quality of contact, becomes very effective. Think, centre of the clubface or high smash factor!!

While doing this drill you can zero in on swing sequencing and start to really feel where you should be at the swing positions and you can exaggerate, or stretch the swing to improve your range of motion.
